Fifteen years ago, factory running costs were much lower. Today, as buyer costs drop, adopting automation is essential for staying competitive. In our facility, we’ve invested in complete jeans manufacturing machines—including a pocket setter that performs nine operations in one unit.

This advanced technology reduces the need for operators, lowers labor costs, and reallocates manpower to other areas. By increasing production capacity, automation not only saves costs but also drives higher profits. Embracing these systems is key to thriving in a changing market.

For automatic jeans sewing, we use a SIP-Italy solution, incorporate Brother Japanese industrial sewing heads, and employ A-S-S Germany technology for CHINO, formal, and classic trouser automation. We proudly serve 120 customers across Dhaka, Gazipur, Chittagong, and Nilphamari EPZ.
